• 9th-Floor Dog Run & Pet Spa

Our outdoor off-leash area for dogs is a secure, elevated space for pets to play, complete with artificial turf, waste stations, and vibrant seating for owners. Framed by the building’s modern glass-and-metal facade, the area features bright green benches, large planters with flowers, and expansive turf that blends function with a clean, urban aesthetic.

After an adventure along the Charles River or a stroll through the neighborhood, our dedicated pet spa makes cleanup quick and convenient, from runsing muddy paws to a head-to-paws treatment. There's a walk-in tiled shower with a handheld sprayer; built-in grooming station with countertop and cabinets; a mounted pet-dryer hose; and last but not least, playful decor and cute framed pet portraits on the walls.
